Coral Ballroom Hilton

Located within the Mid-Pacific Conference Center at the iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Coral Ballroom is widely recognized as one of Oahu’s largest and most prestigious pillar-free venues. Purpose-built to accommodate high-capacity events—ranging from lavish wedding receptions and elaborate military balls to massive corporate galas and international conventions—this expansive, fully air-conditioned ballroom offers an adaptable blank canvas tailored for grand, high-impact celebrations.

Featuring soaring ceilings, clean sightlines from every angle, and multiple flexible sub-divisible configurations, the venue effortlessly accommodates complex production setups, custom staging, expansive dance floors, and multi-tier banquet arrangements. Because large-scale convention spaces naturally introduce significant acoustic challenges, achieving crystal-clear speech clarity and punchy, full-frequency music distribution requires careful sound coverage design and balanced multi-zone audio engineering across the entire room footprint. Whether you are hosting an intimate multi-hundred guest banquet or a full-scale gala for over a thousand attendees, the Coral Ballroom provides an unmatched resort setting backed by world-class amenities right in the heart of Waikiki.
